Millwork Package is our service for architectural millwork: private residences, yacht and jet interiors and high-end hospitality venues.

Millwork delivery process follows Design+Craft philosophy and is tailored for expansive and intricate millwork packages. This approach allows us to integrate seamlessly into the existing teams and act as a millwork partner. 

We start by reviewing the existing design package and providing a Conceptual Estimate. From there, we design and craft together, refining every detail in collaboration with the client and design team until we reach the desired outcome. This phased approach allows for design, cost planning, schedule and value engineering to be integrated from the beginning, providing cost certainty to the client and minimizing changes during production and installation.

Because the process is ‘progressive’, the client doesn’t lock in a big commitment upfront – you move step-by-step though each phase, making informed decisions as design, budget and schedule progress alongside each other.

Design Verification + Value Engineering

During this stage, we work to understand your vision and design intent. We assist with product functionality, finishes and materials choices, lead times, budgets, and value engineering.

We offer a living collection of materials, finishes and textures sourced globally and developed in-house. It's a perfect playground for the design team and the clients to develop and co-create the interiors spaces.

Technical Design + Shop Drawings

Once the design intent is finalized, we translate it into a technical design package – detailing every aspect of the joinery, functionality, and integration with systems such as HVAC, electrical, lighting and appliances. Our team prepares accurate 2D and 3D for fabrication and installation, and physical mockups that eliminate ambiguity and ensure all stakeholders share a clear understanding of the end product.

Fabrication + Packaging

Our craftsmen combine traditional fine woodworking techniques with state-of-the-art technology to achieve a level of refinement and consistency that neither alone could provide. Every piece undergoes a rigorous quality control process during fabrication and is then carefully packaged and crated. Crates come with detailed installation instructions to ensure accurate and fast installation on site.

Delivery + Installation

We deliver products across North America. Every piece comes with clear installation instructions for the installation team. Depending on the project, installation is managed by us or by general contractor on that project.
